Decline a booking request

While it is important that you respond to all the booking requests you receive, you can choose to decline any request that you can’t accommodate.

You must accept or decline each booking request within 72 hours, after that the booking request expires.

Allowing a booking request to expire is not a good way to decline it, because it will not only decrease your acceptance rate, it will also damage your response rate.
If you change your mind and you’d like to accommodate a booking request that you have already declined, you will need to ask the guest to send a new request.
