My guest didn't show up

If your guest is late in connecting, there is a strong chance he or she might text, email, or connect soon.

As long as the booking shows as "Request accepted" in your Nonlocal account, the booking is considered active. In the end, should your guest decide to cancel or not show up, we will enforce the cancellation policy. Often there can be extenuating circumstances, and we encourage you to contact the guest through the Nonlocal messaging system to decide on the next step together.
 
You can verify the payout details of your booking in the transaction history in your Paypal account. Please familiarize yourself with our policies if you decide to cancel the booking as a guide.
